The rooms in this grand old building are absolutely stunning, with high decorated ceilings and original lift. The location is perfect for exploring the main area, enjoying the beautiful river views, and visiting the hill/park above. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying. And don't forget, make sure to take a taxi from the station as it's a bit of a walk with luggage.

This hotel has a prime location, right in the heart of the old town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the main attractions in Karlovy Vary. The rooms are spacious and offer a touch of vintage charm with their lovely 1900's furniture and impressive decorations. I particularly enjoyed the high ceilings and intricate plasterwork, which added to the overall ambiance. The windows opened onto a small balcony, providing breathtaking views of the spa town below. Plus, having breakfast included is a great bonus.

Incorrect information about spa hours across the street (said it was closed on sunday which it wasn't). difficult to find translation issues very uncomfortable bed, but they did replace the mattress when i went down around 11pm.

This hotel is amazing, just steps from the heart of the "spa district", the colonnades, and shopping. The location couldn't be better for exploring Karlovy Vary. The rooms are bright and spacious with a beautiful view of the center of the resort. They are attractively decorated and have an authentic charm. The staff here are friendly and attentive, ensuring that all your needs are met. Their service is top-notch and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast spread at this hotel is fantastic. There is a wide variety of options, including fruits, muesli, yogurts, cakes. It's a great way to start your day.

Great location in the center of KV, recommended during film festival. Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast, very versatile and fresh.

No parking space and it is hard to get one during the film festival. The best option is parking next to Imperial Hotel (15 minutes walk) cause there is absolutely no space in the city.

Can honestly say, there wasn't anything not to like.

The most i like the size of the room.I lived in Deluxe Double Room and it has 2 really spacious rooms. It was very convenient for my family, i was travelling with wife and daughter.Also the breakfest is fine, a lot of choice what to eat and everything tastes nice. We enjoy it really!

The hotel doesnt has a SPA procedures and massages.

I connected to the Hotel's wifi. Without my knowledge or consent a whole load of stuff was downloaded to my pc. I immediately deleted all of it without opening and no damage so far!! Be warned!!

Great location in the heart of the city with close proximity to the scenic promenade. Clean hotel with commendable facilities, including a shoe cleaning machine and tea in the room. Ample breakfast served daily. The staff is very accommodating.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It offers great value for money, with prices that won't break your budget. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the lovely antique furniture in the rooms to the high ceilings that add a touch of elegance. The location is perfect, as it is situated up the hill and very close to the tourist attractions in the old part of town. And if that wasn't enough, some rooms even come with a balcony that offers a great view over the spa town.
